Hg-A® Mercury Absorbents are widely used
for Mercury removal from Natural Gas, Hydrogen, Air, NGL, and Water streams.
The following basic products are available:

Hg-A® - Mercury Vapor removal from Natural Gas,
Hydrogen, and Air streams

Hg-A LW® - Mercury removal from liquid water
streams
All Hg-A products are activated carbon with appropriate
impregnates. The typical vapor phase product is pelletized with a diameter of
3mm or 4mm. Liquid phase applications typically require 1.5mm diameter pellets
or 30 mesh granular absorbent.
Caution: Oxygen is
removed from air by wet activated carbon. Asphyxiation hazard exists inside
vessels.
