Enviro-Kool Gt is a nontoxic, high performance heat transfer
fluid that improves inlet air cooling and heating operations. Designed to
replace glycol/water systems in chiller based inlet air cooling and anti-ice
coils, Enviro-Kool GT is an organic salt-based, fully inhibited product that,
is environmentally friendly, and out-performs glycol systems. Nonflammable,
glycol and chloride-free, Enviro-Kool GT is formulated with corrosion
inhibitors specially suited for air inlet systems, and is designed for long
life with only routine sampling and maintenance.
Better Performance Than Glycols
Enviro-Kool GT is a superior alternative to glycols in heat
transfer, with better thermal conductivity and consistently lower viscosity,
even down to -70°F! With Enviro-Kool GT, there is no need to trade heat
transfer efficiency for antifreeze protection. In both cooling and heating
operations, Enviro-Kool GT's improved heat transfer provides greater
temperature differences than glycol/water systems, allowing operators to reach
the optimum point on the turbine power curve, increasing performance and power
output.
Environmentally Friendly
Enviro-Kool GT is non-toxic, highly biodegradable and has a
very low biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), which reduces the risk of fish kills
in case of accidental discharge. Enviro-Kool GT is non-VOC, not an air
pollutant like glycols, and is pH-balanced and safe for skin contact.
Enviro-Kool GT is non-damaging to wastewater treatment plants and sanitary
sewer systems.

same enhanced IHT 12 row chilling coils, and 36°F entering fluids, lower
turbine inlet temperatures can be achieved with Enviro-Kool GT, thus allowing

Enviro-Kool GT reduces the entering air temperatures to the
gas turbine as compared with ethylene or propylene glycol, enabling the gas
turbine to generate more power under high ambient conditions. In short, the gas
