Severe Fouling Service - Alcotwin exchangers, due to streamline design, generate high amounts of long-flow heat transfer. This means they require fewer baffles than shell and tube exchangers. With fewer packets to collect dirt, your exchanger ways cleaner longer. For very heavy fouling, longitudinally finned tubes are used to give you an efficient unbaffled exchanger which flushes itself clean.
